On May 18, 2024, the Serene Event Complex on Barki Road, Lahore, became the epicenter of raw strength and competitive spirit as Pak Power Fight (PPF) Season 1 delivered Pakistan’s first major arm wrestling championship. Hosted by Jibran Khan, a prominent fitness advocate and arm wrestling enthusiast, and meticulously managed by the PPF team, the event featured 11 thrilling matches that showcased the prowess of Pakistan’s emerging arm wrestling talent. With a capacity crowd of over 1,000 spectators filling the modern venue, PPF Season 1 marked a defining moment for the sport, blending professional organization with the intensity of head-to-head competition.

The championship, structured as a series of 11 single-elimination matches, pitted athletes from across Punjab in a test of grip, leverage, and endurance. Each bout was a best-of-three pulls, officiated under strict Pakistan Armwrestling Federation guidelines, with winners advancing to claim individual match honors. The PPF team, led by Khan, ensured a seamless experience, from the polished stage setup with reinforced arm wrestling tables to real-time score displays and a high-energy atmosphere amplified by curated music and professional lighting.

The 11 victorious athletes, representing a diverse mix of backgrounds and techniques, were: Salman Shah, Faisal Just, Usman Khan, Haroon, Taimoor Qureshi, Hassan Agha, Kamal Khan, Hassan Shah, Hamza Butt, Muzzamil Khawar, and Huzaifa Shah. Each competitor brought unique flair to the table.
